As a Learning Solutions Executive at VMware, I have over 6 years of experience in supporting our global and strategic clients in the AMER central region. My mission is to help IT professionals achieve their career goals through VMware education and certification training. I develop comprehensive certification learning plans tailored to teams managing the VMware stack within their organizations. I have extensive knowledge of VMware training, various learning modalities, and certifications, all with a specific focus on enhancing the overall customer experience while minimizing shelf ware. In addition, I have a strong background in complex sales, strategic partnerships, customer retention, and team building, acquired from my previous roles as an IT career and education consultant and a career counselor. I have a proven record of success in generating leads, referrals, and repeat business, as well as mentoring and coaching students and professionals in their career transitions.
