I have been in the insurance industry since 2006. I am currently a managing partner for a local insurance brokerage; Billyard Insurance Group. We offer both personal and commercial insurance products. I was an Agency Manager with Allstate for over 10 years and a District Manager in the Accident & Sickness Insurance Industry as well. I have extensive experience in management, leadership, sales, sales training, recruiting, local marketing, handling customer suggestions & complaints, client retention, organizing trade shows, analyzing data, sales strategies, forecasting and customer service. I have been involved numerous courses from management and sales training to emotional intelligence and media training. I have achieved several awards including Allstate's Inaugural National Community Hero Award in 2013 for my community involvement. In 2019 I won National Sales Champion.
