I have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and optimizing customer satisfaction in the home improvement sector. In addition to my retail expertise, I have a strong academic background and a personal passion for marine science and diving. I hold a M.S. Biological Oceanography from North Carolina State University, where I also conducted research and received an award for outstanding oral presentation. I am also a certified rescue diver by PADI, and I enjoy exploring the underwater world whenever I can.
