About Jeff Spry

With over six years of experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, clients, and partners. I currently lead the operations and performance of a Hotel & Convention Center, a full service property with 130 guest rooms, 12 duplex/condos, sqft convention space, restaurant, and spa. I also have a strong background in task force management, having worked as a Task Force General Manager for two years, where I supported the transition and improvement of newly acquired hotels for multiple clients, including Home2, Hilton Garden Inn, Ramada, Laquita, and Clarion. I conducted due diligence inspections, established and evaluated pro forma financials, managed new construction and PIP projects, and conducted final punch-walk and onboarding brand inspections. I am driven by the mission of providing the best hospitality experience in the region, and I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
