About Jeff Srole

I am very passionate about all things food and drink. I was fortunate to cook at some of the top restaurants in NYC under fantastic chefs such as Tom Colicchio and Lidia Bastianich which gave me the skillset to eventually run kitchens at Maison Premiere and The Wooly Public. Along the way and while working with some of New York’s finest beverage directors, my passion for wine and spirits erupted as I applied my culinary skillset to the cocktail programs of my restaurants, streamlining their infusions, tinctures, cordials, and syrups programs which eventually led to a James Beard Award at Maison Premiere for Best Cocktail Program.After many years in the kitchen I was ready for a change of pace and went into Food & Beverage consulting. From catering, bartending, and food styling, to development of original cocktail, shellfish, and tea programs, I have thoroughly enjoyed many facets of this industry and look forward to my next project.
