As an accomplished Technology Manager, IT Infrastructure Architect, and Cybersecurity Specialist, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting high-performing, secure computing infrastructures across a global footprint. I oversee a complex environment that includes multiple Data Centres, Networks, Servers, Virtualization Technologies, Storage, and Distributed Systems, supporting 2800+ users across 140 locations worldwide. My focus is on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of systems, driving 24/7/365 availability for all users and services. With a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, I’ve played a pivotal role in developing our cyber resiliency strategy, implementing disaster recovery plans, and managing identity and access management (IAM). These initiatives, among others, are crucial to safeguarding our infrastructure and maintaining operational continuity. I am deeply involved in developing our Cloud Strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to align infrastructure with business goals, optimize processes, and proactively identify opportunities for growth. My collaborative approach with development and operations teams ensures that our architecture decisions are well-aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, driving both business efficiency and technology innovation. In addition to my strategic responsibilities, I’ve successfully led the integration of IT infrastructure across multiple corporate acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal downtime and disruption to ongoing operations.
