If conflict mitigation cannot resolve the conflict, determine an effective OSP Relocation Design, taking into account the Telecom clients costs, to minimize as much as possible. Also consider impacts to Construction & Splicing workforce time to complete the relocations and use the best practices to maintain a robust Network. Also Coordinate with the Client and the Project Sponsor to minimize to the exent possible impacts to schedule, work staging & constructability during the Project. Specializing in Highway Relocation Projects for Telecommunications Providers ranging from, small to very large Roadway Projects, including Conventional Design, Bid, Build and Design Build Projects. Currently our largest client is CenturyLink, but we can & do work with other Telecommunications Companies.
