I am known for defining and executing a sound strategic vision while building a brand recognized for quality and excellence. Throughout my career, I have developed lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, strategic partners, donars, regulatory agencies, and government representatives. This has allowed me to successfully navigate business challenges while driving the achievement of short- and long-term goals. I established and served as CEO for Epic Custom Homes, building a brand that was known for excellence and quality. Our commitment to earning our clients’ trust and satisfaction resulted in recognition as the Tulsa Home Builders Association’s 2022 Builder of the Year. I prioritized community engagement and was honored to serve as the builder of the St. Jude Dream Home in Tulsa for 10 consecutive yearss raising over $12M for the organization. I have held numerous board and committee leadership roles with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). I currently serve as a NAHB National Delegate for the state of Maryland while serving on several national committees. This role has afforded me the opportunity to cultivate trusted relationships with state and national leaders, championing laws and legislation that benefit home builders while also advocating for afordable housing and sustainability.
