I am an experienced Director of Operations with a strong background in Plant Management, Production Management, Quality Management and Continual Improvement. Having worked as Plant Manager, Production Manager, Quality Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt and Continual Improvement Coordinator, I have developed an extensive tool kit and a deserved reputation as a problem solver and a person who gets things done. My past positions and experiences in many different industries, coupled with 'Green Field" start up "know how", have given me the ability to examine situations and challenges from the perspective of multiple disciplines in order to choose the best tool for the job and the solution that makes the most sense for the organization as a whole, quickly and correctly.
