Executive Advisor at 7 Mile Advisors, which provides investment banking for middle-market companies and private equity groups, working with owners and Boards in regard to their transaction advisory needs. My primary focus is in the areas of services and technology, including for the Digital, Healthcare and Energy sectors. Until mid-2017, served for 17 years as the corporate officer leading all of Navigant Consulting’s (NCI:NYSE) Corporate Development activities, completing nearly 100 transactions and investments in the U.S, Canada, Asia and Europe. My responsibilities included managing all aspects of Navigant's acquisitions and divestitures as well as many other strategic company initiatives. After a series of early strategic divestitures which reduced the company to two core operating segments with 900 employees and $230 Million in revenue, during my tenure the company grew to over $1 Billion in revenue and more than employees. Most investments were self-sourced, as we identified our own acquisition candidates and promoted Navigant’s growing platform of professional services and BPO capabilities in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy, Financial Compliance and Dispute & Investigations sectors. My earlier experience is twenty years in corporate development and business transactions, including as a Partner at a private investment firm, as Vice President of Corporate Development at a leading manufacturer of equipment for the paint, ink and food industries and as a senior member of a boutique consulting firm specializing in the development and implementation of international technology licensing and acquisition strategies.
