Cleared Aerospace Defense Professional, and commercial pilot, with over 20 years' combined experience in Program Management, Production, Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance & Modification, ISR, and Electronic Warfare. Former Navy EA-6B Prowler pilot, with 190 missions in Afghanistan/OEF. Experience flying and operating electro-optics and sensors over the battlefield. Recent PM experience managing a US Coast Guard prototype/development program (manned aircraft), and previously acquired depot maintenance management experience on a high-visibility US Air Force ISR/EW aircraft contract - Was the primary customer contact/interface for program activities, and responsible for briefing senior company leadership and stakeholders on contract progress. Cross-functional/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader. In 2024, was part of two proposal writing teams bidding on two high-value multi-year contracts. As the Aircraft Depot Maintenance Manager, managed risk, scope, schedule, and technical performance, while participating in negotiation of contract, and contract changes. Established milestones and monitored adherence to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); Identified bottlenecks and solutions while negotiating complex issues. Wrote contract Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), revisions, and participated in follow-on contract bid. Earned MBA from The University of West Florida, May 2010. Active Secret Security clearance, and U.S. citizen.
