About Jeff Swanner

I have had a very fun and broad career history up to now. starting out of college I worked in the signage and sculpting industry. It was very creative work for which required strong spatial aptitude. I learned a lot and gained skills in this area. Having toured and worked for many manufacturing facilities I have learned much about best practices for manufacturing and what can make a work culture positive, highly functional and thus profitable. A functional team is so important to growing a business. After I managed my own business for a few years and then having helped grow another small business up to a notable business which was sold to a corporation, I now see what is important for growth and success. The most important thing I learned about building a successful business is to stay humble and include all other associates ideas concerning important decisions. Then make group decisions based off of the groups collective input. It is so amazing when a team can work together on the same level, because this is the best recipe for success. Functional success. Positive group oriented collaboration is such an amazing thing, Yet too rare. Working for Chart Industries right now I have the honor to work with one of the most functional teams I have ever worked with. Our R&D division is made up of highly intelligent and functional Engineers, Designers and Technicians. We are creating very advanced Hydrogen Infrastructure products, that will serve this budding sector well.
