About Jeff Sweeney

With over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jeff and his brokerage and consulting teams specialize in office, medical, and retail site selection, property acquisitions and dispositions, and portfolio optimization transactions across the United States. Their mission is to help clients enhance employee recruitment and retention while driving revenue growth. Over the course of his career, Jeff has leased and sold more than 5 million square feet of commercial space, represented ownership interests in over 12 million square feet of commercial property, and facilitated the acquisition and sale of more than 1,250 acres of commercial land. Jeff’s accomplishments have been widely recognized. He has been honored by the Central Florida chapter of NAIOP as its Top Office Broker and has received multiple production awards, including Top Overall Producer and Top Office Broker at Cushman & Wakefield Orlando. In 2025, he was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP in recognition of his leadership, mentorship, and the success of the professionals he has guided throughout his career. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff has made significant contributions to the community. He has served as Board Chair of the Central Florida Boys & Girls Club and is the Past Board Chair of the AdventHealth Cardiovascular Institute.
