About Jeff Taksas

I am a data-driven technology leader with 10+ years of experience innovating, optimizing, and executing on strategy. My core principles are to identify a simplified yet reliable process as a foundation embedded with the proper feedback loops to execute, measure, and refine. Through my career I have established this path to repeatedly deliver world-class data products. I work to foster communities through establishing Engineering Guilds as a community of practice to move organizational mountains or to help grow a culture of learning and understanding our unique identities by leading our local LGBTQIA+ Chapter. On a day to day, I've directly reported to executive leaders and can convey the technology and apply the vision with transparent and measurable results while leading with employee growth front and center as my strategy to continuously deliver high quality products.
