Tenho em minha história, vivência e capacidade para as funções objetivadas acima, mandatoriamente trabalhando em equipe com excelência e forte liderança. Disponho de sólida e gratificante experiência na gestão empresarial, comercial, marketing, regulatória, treinamento e capacitação. Já tendo interatuado de forma direta na gestão de todos os departamentos de uma empresa deste mercado. Possuo ainda, amplo relacionamento, expertise na prospecção, introdução, formatação e consolidação de novos negócios seja em território nacional, como latino-americano. I have also been directly involved in managing all departments of a company in this industry. Additionally, I possess extensive networking capabilities and expertise in prospecting, introducing, structuring, and consolidating new businesses, both in national and Latin American markets. Strong background in building and restructuring direct and indirect distribution channels, along with practical experience in developing the company’s entire strategic (Business Plan) and budgetary planning (Budget). Passionate about identifying, selecting, training, developing, retaining, and enhancing people and teams.
