With over 30 years of experience in the recreational vehicle industry, I am a passionate and driven account manager who thrives on developing and maintaining dealer relationships, expanding sales networks, and delivering exceptional customer service. I have a unique combination of skills and credentials, including a private aircraft pilot license, a degree in accounting and business management, and a certification in photography. I enjoy working at Phoenix USA RV, a leading manufacturer of high-quality motorhomes, where I can leverage my expertise and creativity to grow the business and contribute to the company's vision and values. In my current role as an account manager, I am responsible for developing a dealer network from a factory direct model, covering a large and diverse territory. I use my sales management and new business development skills to identify and attract potential dealers, negotiate contracts, provide training and support, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also work closely with the production, marketing, and service teams to communicate feedback, resolve issues, and coordinate deliveries. In addition, I participate in retail and dealer shows, where I showcase the features and benefits of our motorhomes, and demonstrate my photography skills to create engaging and attractive promotional materials.
