I’m a planning and land use professional based in the Cincinnati area, with nearly a decade of experience managing complex development projects at the intersection of public agencies, private-sector consultants, and community stakeholders. My work has focused on guiding projects from early planning and approvals through coordination, problem-solving, and implementation—always with an emphasis on clear communication, practical solutions, and predictable outcomes.I currently serve as a Planning & Zoning Administrator, where I function as the project manager for a high volume of concurrent development projects. I regularly coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and utility providers; define project parameters; identify and mitigate risk early; and help teams navigate regulatory and technical constraints efficiently. I’m known for my ability to identify and diagnose land-use and site-development issues quickly and work collaboratively to resolve them before they become schedule or cost problems.Earlier in my career, I also worked in a federal congressional office, which gave me a strong foundation in professional operations, stakeholder coordination, decision-making in high-accountability environments, and how to set expectations. I worked for Congressman Brad Wenstrup. He is an honorable man.I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Eastern Kentucky University, earned with a 4.0 GPA, and I enjoy continuously expanding my project management skill set.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing (double black when possible), following the Cincinnati Bearcats, and staying connected to my long-standing interest in horticulture. I’m also a Toyota 4Runner enthusiast.
