I have nearly 20 years of professional sales experience, including 15 years at Verizon Wireless in different account management roles. I’ve obtained leading results driving subscriber growth, increasing revenue, improving retention, and always ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. My transition to Hartley Botanic, where I cover the Pacific Northwest, brought me into the luxury market and the manufacturing and construction fields, selling bespoke conservatories and glasshouses. I work closely with custom home builders, architects, and landscape architects to create unique, one-of-a-kind structures. I’m involved in generating proposals, assisting with structural design, foundation design/requirements, and installation processes while collaborating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Building lasting relationships has always been at the core of my approach, helping me support clients and partners in bringing their visions to life.
