About Jeff Webster

A hardworking, passionate and committed former area manager, with vast experience in the areas of; sales optimisation, customer service, leadership, recruitment, health and safety, staff training, administrative duties, disciplinary procedures, cash management, and Inventory management - to name a few. After serving 10 years working my way up the ladder at Starbucks Coffee, I decided to seek a new challenge. With a thirst for further progression, I set out in search of an area/district/multi-site management role during 2016. As a result, I was employed by EG group as an area manager for their 'Greggs the bakers' franchise. In 2019, I decided to proceed with a career change, taking initial steps by enrolling at Bolton University. I decided to return to education with a goal to increase my skillset and employability, to which I graduated in January 2022 with first class honours in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling. At present, I have recently commenced my role as a Human Resources officer at CHEC - Community Health and Eye Care, located in Fulwood Preston, to which I will oversee the reward and recognition of the company's employees, alongside general HR duties.
