About Jeff Wickham

As Managing Director, Jeff Wickham recently returned from an assignment in London, England with Westcon Group. His mission included working with the EMEA executive management team and the country General managers to develop WCG's strategy and execution plans to drive revenue growth in the Data Center Market. Previously Jeff was with IBM for over 31 years and spent over 20 years in a variety of global management positions in sales, service delivery and marketing. In 2012 he manged IBM's Client Executive Sales Team assigned to the largest Utility customers in the United States. Jeff previously was responsible for driving IBM’s energy and utilities business development strategy and execution. His primary focus was on developing IBM’s ecosystem of alliances and business partners supporting our Smart Grid solutions strategy. Prior to this Jeff led IBM’s Global Sensors and Actuators Emerging Markets business unit and was responsible for developing and delivering sensor based integrated solutions for a variety of industries. His team laid the foundation for what is now IBM’s “Smarter Planet” strategy. In 2001 Jeff managed the Americas Wireless Solutions in IBM Global Services as IBM was formalizing a rapidly growing response to demand for wireless services for the enterprise. His focus was creating value to our customers by combining wireless technology with IBM world class integration services to provide end to end wireless solutions. Prior to joining IBM’s wireless BU, Jeff was instrumental in the development and growth of IBM’s e-business hosting services where he managed a national sales and solutions development team.In 1996 Jeff was the Global Services Executive responsible for the development and worldwide deployment of IBM’s software services business. Prior to this Jeff was challenged with creating of IBM’s 1st Availability Services BU's responsible for sales and delivery of IBM entire portfolio of innovation technology services to IBM customers in the state of Florida.
