About Jeff Wilhoit

With a unique understanding of commercial real estate, I provide insurance and risk management services for commercial real estate investors, specifically in the Multifamily space. My relationships with investors, lenders, insurance carriers, and real estate brokers allows me to tailor a program that provides superior financial protection for our clients while satisfying debt and investor requirements. I work with many investors in the due diligence phase of a purchase - identifying risk and qualifying assets based on the exposure and insurance cost of each location. My clients range from the owner with a single multifamily property to national companies with thousands of units across a number of states. My goal is to help owners increase NOI by reducing insurance costs. I achieve this for my clients through lower premiums, risk management, loss control, and creative insurance placement.
