I’ve always enjoyed developing strategic business plans and implementing continuous improvement to the business operations with Healthcare. Whether it’s analyzing growth opportunities, regulatory changes or revenue cycles I like to perform data analysis and close performance gaps that increase the bottom-line. I've particularly enjoyed when I get to work cross-functionally with departments to create a better patient experience and outcome. It gives me a great deal of satisfaction to see a patient move seamlessly through the health system and receive the care they need most. I’m motivated by improving outcomes for our patients, team members, hospital and community. My strengths are being focused on the patient care experience, proactively responding to issues as they arise, making quick and sound business decisions, and determining future needs. I’ve always been good at effectively communicating necessary change with high employee engagement while boosting morale. In terms of making a difference with what I do – I would bring dedication to improve the patient experience, develop measurable results that improve services and create a place where people choose first to receive their healthcare services.
