With over 25 years of experience in asset protection and loss prevention, I am a seasoned executive who can lead, manage, and deliver results in the retail pharmacy sector. I have a track record of building strong teams, reducing shrink and total loss, deploying asset protection solutions, emergency and disaster response, and driving standard operating procedure audits and testing. As the Senior Director Asset Protection at Shoppers Drug Mart, I oversaw the national asset protection program for over 1,300 retail pharmacy locations, more than 60 specialty pharmacy locations, and five corporate and regional offices with over $21B annual retail and pharmacy sales. I worked effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and vendors, to strengthen relationships and support the business objectives.
