About Jeff Youngren

Experienced at rallying a team around a mission and creating a healthy culture while accomplishing company objectives. I have a firm belief that great people build great companies, so leading them well should always be a high priority. This always begins with a clear vision for the future, and a process to solve issues as they arise. Keeping teams aligned on vision and committed to solving problems is a sweet spot for me. In my current and previous roles I’ve effectively led and managed photo & video teams, media buyers, creative designers, and product marketers. Because of my in-depth understanding of these areas, I earn the respect of the teams very quickly and I can see how to solve complex system problems with realistic solutions. Strategic by nature, I’m able to see how current activities impact future results and therefore am always able to work with the future in mind while being diligent about the activities of the present. Innovative problem solving, particularly involving systems, excites me. A challenging problem simply means an opportunity for creative solutions.
