About Jefferson Marcel

A Design Lead with a background in architecture and portfolio management (B.Arch and PMP), and a genuine love for building things - not just spaces, but also teams, processes, and ideas that grow with purpose. I focus on creating outcomes that are not only aesthetically pleasing and human-centered, but also meticulously coordinated, planned and executed. My journey began with public sector projects in South America and has since taken me through architecture studios, startups, and now a leadership role at Knovo, where I lead a talented Design Department across North America. I am always searching for that sweet spot between design, data and people excellence - where thoughtful design solves business problems and improves daily experiences. Fluent in Portuguese and English, and currently learning French, I am always open to connect with others who are passionate for design and innovation.
