Nice to meet you, my name is Jefferson Pedro, I'm 30 years old and I recently graduated from the Systems Analysis and Development course at Universidade Estácio de Sá. I am an IT professional with experience in the market. As a BI consultant, I was able to deepen my knowledge in programming logic, application construction, data analysis and customer service, within the Kanban methodology, always seeking excellence in project delivery while meeting the SLA. In technical support, I developed my communication and problem-solving skills, helping customers resolve their demands with clarity and efficiency. My domain covers several technologies, including JAVA with SPRINGBOOT, PYTHON, ANGULAR with TYPESCRIPT and databases with MySQL and POSTGRESQL. I currently lead the NutriNotes project, an independent initiative, where I apply my skills in Java (backend), Angular (frontend) and MySQL (relational database) to create a personalized solution for nutritionists. This project aims to optimize service processes in different contexts, from offices to companies. Furthermore, I am improving my skills with a course in AWS and MCROSERVICES with JAVA, seeking to expand my knowledge and skills in cloud computing.
