About Jefferson Yoder

My career strengths include over three decades of management experience with specific attention directed toward customer service, human resources, programming, and development activities. During my career in the United States Air Force I had the opportunity to hold several high level professional positions during some very stressful times with significant positive results. After serving over five years at Whiteman AFB, Missouri I was selected for a special duty assignment to Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe as a Major Command Staff Senior NCO. During this assignment I played a major role in the bed down of the new Ground Launch Cruise Missile system and drawdown of several installations along with providing guidance and inspections to many other units throughout Europe. Upon completion of my assignment I was again selected above hundreds of other candidates to serve as the Chief Enlisted Manager at the United States Air Force Academy. In this position, I was responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the law enforcement squadron and developed plans to implement, train, inspect, and evaluate various program servicing the faculty, cadets, and staff. Upon finishing my career in the Air Force I became a supervisor with MANPOWER and recruited, interviewed, trained, and placed hundreds of applicants into professional, technical, manufacturing, production, warehouse, and office positions. I currently serve as the HR Generalist for Academic Affairs at the University of Central Missouri. I have earned degrees in Criminal Justice, Organizational Management, and most recently a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development graduating with Honors. I have also earned my certification as a Professional in Human Resources. I have been responsible for budgets ranging from 100K up to 5.5M while programming facilities upgrades, personnel and equipment changes, and daily operations.
