About Jeffery Chapman

As a Pastor at Little River Baptist Church for over 26 years, I have led and managed multiple projects to improve the church's facilities, programs, and outreach. I have also overseen the budget, staff, and volunteers, ensuring efficient and effective operations. I am working towards my PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating my competence and commitment to excellence in project management. In addition to my project management skills, I have also developed strong donor relations skills, cultivating lasting relationships with donors, partners, and community members. I have secured funding and support for various church initiatives, and resolved conflicts with grace and compassion. As a Pastor, I have a passion for preaching, teaching, and counseling, and a mission to serve God and His people. I am looking for a position that allows me to combine my project management and pastoral skills, and to contribute to a diverse and inclusive team that shares my values and vision.
