I’m an agile optimistic future-based thinker. Fueled by a curious and unwavering growth mindset, I’m committed to remaining a lifelong learner with the goal of continual growth through challenging opportunities. Most important among them, are those opportunities that allow me to bring forth in an impactful way, the lessons I have learned and all those that await me. My professional experience covers several roles. All of which have heightened my self-awareness while broadening my perspective. The cumulative outcome of these experiences has enhanced how I think and approach everything from client contact, negotiations, team leadership, and problem solving to process improvement, and change innovation. What connects each of these experiences, is my belief that the personal attributes I possess, such as emotional intelligence, being accountable, empathetic, creative, and curious with grit, initiative and drive, transcends the line separating sector from industry, department from division, being transferable across multiple disciplines, roles, and responsibilities.
