About Jeffery Springer

My forte is to bring about meaningful change while strengthening the community and its cause. I am a veteran of the Armed Forces with professional experience in sales, purchasing, fund-raising, financial development and inventory management. My interest in Special Event Consulting comes from working with government non-profit organizations to creatively plan events. Over the past years I’ve demonstrated my loyalty and commitment to many groups and organizations. I’ve been consistent with guiding organizations to the next level, obtaining sponsorships, and securing funding while managing projects hands on. My experience has prepared me both personally and professionally to be a leader. I am always eager and prepared to take on this new responsibility. Leadership is essential to the success and the accomplishments for an organization. The responsibility of a leader is to unlock the potential of an individual, group, company, or organization. I am known for demonstrating qualities of a good leader and the desire to go the extra mile. The mixture of self-knowledge, strong will, commitment, and possessing an open mind are my prominent traits as an individual. Being a leader is not only about being able to delegate. A good leader provides the tools required to get the job done. Motivating, collaborating, and pitching in to get the job done comes naturally to me. My peers often refer to me as “a man of great integrity” and I proudly wear that badge of honor.
