About Jeffrey Allred

Over 40 years of business and advisory experience as a lawyer, business executive and investor. Serves as a partner in the Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP law firm, concentrating in corporate governance, acquisitions, and finance. Served as Chair of the firmwide Corporate Practice Group from 2013 through 2022. Also serves as President of Griffeon Capital Partners LLC, a private investment entity. Previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Operating Officer of Premiere Global Services, Inc.(NYSE: PGI), a publicly traded global communications technology and services company, primarily overseeing PGI's finance, legal and strategic development functions, including the execution of over 20 strategic business acquisitions and 15 strategic venture capital investments. Also previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Sharecare, Inc.(NASDAQ: SHCR), a publicly traded digital health company, including service as chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee and chair of the Audit Committee. Active volunteer primarily in organizations focused on education and opportunity development, including education access and equity, for children and young adults. Proud graduate of the University of North Carolina and active in service on various boards, committees and related organizations, and support and guest lecturing relating to various educational initiatives focused on critical thinking, communication and entrepreneurship, at the University.
