About Jeffrey Bailey

I am a native of West Virginia and served our Nation as a Soldier and Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army on active duty for over 22 years. My background and experience covered all facets of Army Aviation, including aviation maintenance management, personnel management, crisis management, and risk management. An engaged leader, trainer, coach and mentor, with the technical, verbal and written skills necessary to excel in any high op tempo environment. I served in many operational environments across the United States and abroad to include South Korea, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. My last duty assignment with the US Army was for the 128th Aviation Brigade at Ft Eustis, VA where I served as the Branch Chief (Senior Aviation Maintenance Manager) for the US Army AH-64D Longbow Apache School. Since retirement from the U.S. Army, I have taken on a career in Law Enforcement and am currently serving as a Deputy with the Gloucester County Sheriffs Office. Serving within the Uniform Patrol Division (Road), I have the honor of working with other amazing deputies within the Sheriff's Office as we provide services to our local community and its citizens. I am privileged to have the opportunity to work and hopefully continue to grow with one of the best Sheriff's Office in the state of Virginia.
