Over my twenty plus years in program management and administration, I have amassed a knowledge of principles and practices of program design, planning and evaluation; federal, state and local laws and regulations governing program operations; principles and practices of management necessary to administer and direct programs; professional program and service delivery standards; methods and techniques of professional networking and inter agency liaison; program integration methods of determining and communicating community needs; public information and public speaking techniques; clinical concepts; public relations; budgeting principles and practices; principles and practices of supervision and employee development; and basic computer applications and techniques.
