What are my distinctive marks? I specialize in making processes more efficient (reducing waste) and effective (reducing defects). I collaborate with executives and organizational leaders, listens to their challenges, define the current state process and take measurements to baseline the current performance. Then I lead stakeholders to identify root causes, design the future state, and implements solutions that return high impact business results. I also possess technical skills, capable of working with large data sets using SQL databases or python/pandas to extract meaningful insights from the data. And to streamline the reporting, I am able to automate repeatable analysis or the creation of KPI metrics for executive reports and dashboards. The process consultation and change agent skills are further enhanced by my expert business process functional decomposition and mapping techniques, the Lean Six Sigma methodology, data science and analytics, and mentoring skills. I am able to see the forest and the trees… I can comprehend the big picture vision and develop actionable strategies and the processes to realize the desired outcomes. I deliver results that endure.
