About Jeffrey Courson

Jeffrey Courson is a lawyer and is registered with the Law Society of British Columbia, and is a member of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Bar Association. Jeff balances his law practice between civil litigation, and real estate, property development, business, and wills and estates. He meets regularly with clients to identify their legal issues, and will handles client matters ranging from commercial disputes to negotiations and contract reviews and drafting. He has reviewed and negotiated contracts and agreements, assisted clients in employment disputes, reviewed commercial agreements and drafted commercial and private bills of sale. Jeffrey has appeared at both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia on behalf of clients in civil, family, minor criminal and commercial disputes. Prior to commencing his legal studies, Jeffrey served nearly 12 years in the Canadian Forces as a Reserve Infantry Soldier, a Regular Force Infantry Officer in the Army, and a Maritime Surface Officer in the Navy. He has also started and operated several small businesses including a small high quality private catering service, a small landscaping company, and more recently the Process Serving Company serving northern Vancouver Island.
