It is integral to my current station that I understand bankruptcy laws, fair lending practices, and current vehicle sales techniques, but, more importantly, people and their needs. As bankruptcy laws allow for redemption of vehicles at market value, I am responsible for providing leads with car values based on NADA and estimated costs of repairs and offer them loan services based on that information and to set fair and honest expectations. I am proficient in originating and tracking a large number of opportunities using multiple CRM (primarily Salesforce) and online court dockets. I am comfortable being the go between person for multiple stakeholders including bankruptcy clients, attorneys, trustees, judges, dealerships, and lenders. I am also comfortable reading and interpreting credit reports. I also, for a time during the pandemic, was able to learn bookkeeping, including journal entries, making deposits, invoicing sales, and end of month reconciliations. In my previous position as Site Acquisition Specialist, I oversaw development of new wireless telecom sites from initial search area reports provided by RF Engineers all the way through final closeouts after construction and inspections. I proactively traveled to properties, negotiated with landowners, worked with RF and structural engineers, land surveyors, etc in the development of site plans and photo simulations, filed with local jurisdictions all plans for zoning and permitting, and represented tower owners and telecom carriers at jurisdictional hearings. After construction I was responsible for punch lists and closeout reports.
