Mr. Dillon has over 20 years of progressive work experience in real estate due diligence consulting, specializing in the Facility Condition Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. Since beginning his career in the due diligence industry, Mr. Dillon has successfully performed or reviewed due diligence projects for thousands of properties throughout the United States, Europe and Puerto Rico for numerous national and regional lenders, investors and property owners. Mr. Dillon has performed over two thousand property condition assessments and has experience with a wide variety of properties including apartment communities, high-rise multifamily buildings, condominium complexes, student housing, office buildings, industrial properties, warehouse properties, residential care facilities, shopping centers, self storage facilities, restaurant properties, medical office buildings, hospital facilities, mobile home parks, golf courses, resort properties, retail properties, municipal buildings, recreational facilities, K-12 educational facilities, university complexes and parking garage structures.Mr. Dillon has reviewed numerous property condition evaluations and assessments on multi-family residential, commercial, retail and hospitality portfolios performed by engineers and architects throughout United States and Europe. He has also provided training to less experienced program managers so that they may properly perform their duties to meet the client’s requirements.Specialties: Mr. Dillon is familiar with the due diligence requirements of varied number of reporting standards including ASTM, Fannie Mae, HUD, Standard and Poor’s as well as client specific protocols.
