I’m a healthcare leader with over 17 years of experience driving performance, building resilient teams, and expanding patient access to life-changing care. From managing 300+ team members at Walgreens to leading territory growth at Rotech Healthcare, my focus has always been the same: lead with strength, care with heart, and create meaningful outcomes for both patients and professionals. In my current role as an Area Manager at Rotech, I’m responsible for expanding respiratory therapy solutions including Oxygen, CPAP, BiPAP, and Ventilator services across hospitals and post-acute settings throughout South and Central Texas. I work closely with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and providers to ensure seamless care transitions and high-quality service delivery. What drives me is more than numbers — it’s people. Whether mentoring frontline leaders or guiding strategy at the regional level, I believe trust, accountability, and empathy are the foundations of lasting success. My leadership is shaped by a deep sense of purpose, a resilience forged through personal trials, and a commitment to lifting others through servant leadership.
