Welcome. I’m a Mental Health coach and consultant based in Toronto. I work with people that are changing the role that their traumatic experiences and resulting adaptive behaviours like addiction play in their lives. In August of 2011, I began to radically change my life. This allowed me to begin my process of opening up to the pain and suffering I had carried for most of my adult life. Over the next 10+ years, I was able to shed the weight of suicide, depression, anxiety, addiction, and the incredible effort it took to keep them hidden in the shadows for more than 25 years. This process freed up energy that sparked my curiosity and motivated me to explore contemplative practices, neuroscience, body wisdom, learning models, family systems, and the art of holding a safe space for people who are suffering. I welcome the opportunity to support these courageous people and the caring souls that care and support them.
