About Jeffrey Hanan

As a Security Escort at Hana Industries, I provide security and escort services for government personnel and contractors at various sites. I work with a team of professionals to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as client and company policies and procedures. I also perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record keeping. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity at the University at Albany, SUNY, where I am learning the fundamentals and applications of cyber defense, digital forensics, network security, and cryptography. I am passionate about protecting data and systems from cyber threats and attacks. In addition, I have completed a five-month Student Internship at the United States Marshals Service, where I gained valuable insight and exposure to the law enforcement field, and assisted with various operational and logistical duties. Throughout my career and education, I have developed and demonstrated skills such as creative problem solving, advanced troubleshooting, teamwork, communication, and organization. I have also maintained and operated millions of dollars worth of communications and operational equipment, and ensured their readiness and reliability under extreme conditions. I am a self-directed and driven individual who strives to achieve excellence and success in reaching my goals. I am eager to apply my skills and experience to the cybersecurity industry and contribute to the security and resilience of the digital world.
