About Jeffrey Hickman

I am a seasoned sales engineering leader with over 15 years of experience, primarily focused on the identity and cybersecurity space. With a background in software development, I transitioned to customer-facing roles where I’ve excelled as both an individual contributor and a player-coach. I’ve successfully closed large enterprise deals, including Fortune 500 accounts, and earned recognition such as Presidents Club honors. In leadership roles, I’ve built and mentored high-performing teams, implemented processes like runbooks and success metrics, and refined POC/POV workflows to increase win rates and accelerate deal cycles. I’ve also had the opportunity to prototype integrations that have directly influenced product features and to develop go-to-market strategies that align business outcomes with customer needs. I am passionate about fostering collaboration and delivering world-class customer experiences. My focus has always been on driving measurable improvements in team productivity and customer success, while solving real-world identity challenges and building innovative solutions that stand the test of time.
