Offering more than 25 years of multi unit management and executive experience for retail leaders Superior Auto, Byrider, Ross Stores, CarMax, Bon Ton, JCPenney and Kohl's, I know what it takes to launch new markets, elevate market share and build best-in-class retail management teams. My retail expertise is vast having held roles at all levels and currently a Regional Director of Operations at Byrider. Previously Vice President Regional Store Director for Bon Ton Stores, and Vice President Market Manager overseeing 101 stores for JCPenney. I have been recognized for my ability to identify and promote high potential talent, awarded Regional District Manager of the Year, and selected to an elite group of executives to join the JCPenney Masters Program. While at Kohl's, I launched the largest new market in company history opening 26 stores in 18 months and led my market to rank #2 of 84. I am a business strategist gifted at creating high-value strategic leaders, turning around underperforming regions and designing win-win business models to exceed sales, margin and cost targets. My ability to analyze the organizations' critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and fulfill business opportunities have repeatedly empowered the organizations, the business performance and the overall brand execution.
