About Jeffrey Holleman

I spent my four years in high school building a scientific research team in which I was the founding president and held the position all four years. I completed four research projects in high school concerning bacteriology and studying both synergistic and individual characteristics of common antibiotics and essential oils of various plants and their interaction with both non-pathogenic and pathogenic laboratory and environmental bacteria. I am currently involved in research involving bed bugs in Dr. Warren Booth's genetics lab at the University of Tulsa. I am a philosophy major and biology minor on a pre-med career track. I do have a background in surgery as I have worked in general, orthopedic, cosmetic, cardiovascular, and urological areas in the OR at St. John Medical Center for varying lengths of time. I am seeking internship and career opportunities in an effort to gain clinical experience.
