I am a results- and detail-oriented banking professional with 34 years experience in the industry. I am currently working as a Compliance Consultant, doing what I do best and love the most (work-wise)! Over my career, I have been successful in developing and implementing, leading, and administering Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management Programs at financial institutions of various sizes, types, and charters in three New England states. In addition, I have held other specialized Bank Operations / Administration banking positions. I am a confident decision maker and effective problem solver who works well with all levels of management and staff, as well as Board members, external auditors, and regulators. I've had success both working independently, or leading / serving as a department / team member. I have always had the ability to respond positively to, and readily adapt to, change, which is perhaps why I've have such a long career in this one industry.
