About Jeffrey Luft

Jeffrey Luft is Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations & Finance. He has responsibilities in Mergers and Acquisitions which includes supervising due diligence projects and presenting financial risk assessments for targets. His responsibilities also extend to leading business unit operations which includes transitioning new acquisitions in order to set up accounting and finance processes and controls, implementing ERP management systems, managing the business unit’s finance, and accounting personnel, executing cost saving initiatives, assisting in restructuring tax strategies, and improving overall cash management. Prior to joining Skyview in 2014, Mr. Luft was at Volt Information Sciences, Inc.(VIS) where he was a Vice President and Divisional CFO. During his role at VIS, he led the finance and accounting department and he reported directly to senior executives on U.S. GAAP internal and external financial reporting, enhanced the division’s sales performance, and offered strategic management around operations which involved global expansion. Prior to joining VIS, Mr. Luft worked at KPMG LLP as an Audit Advisory Senior Manager and at Goldman, Sachs & Company as an Associate in the Public Finance Investment Banking group. Mr. Luft received a BBA in accounting, summa cum laude, from Baruch College – City University of New York. He is a New York and South Carolina licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member in the AICPA.
