These are just some of the words that co-workers and managers have used to describe me and my work through performance reviews, LinkedIn recommendations and Having worked a few years wearing different hats in different organizations, I've learned a lot and have been able to experience a lot as well. I've been part of an integration of separate units to a bigger cohesive team, helped to manage HR related and Program related responsibilities, and worked with a cross functional team to implement and transition from a server side HRIS/Payroll system to a cloud-based one. Working with a cloud based SaaS is what has lead me to pursue new opportunities in SaaS now. I found that I'm passionate and enjoy working with organizations and software/technology to bring positive change and benefits. Having been through technological change in an organization myself, I know that change is not always welcomed, but by easing the transition and creating a positive experience, people will eventually embrace change and welcome it. Currently, I've started my journey into the SaaS and technology realm, working as a Channel Marketing and Support Specialist at Nureva. As a side project, I'm working to bring online a digital presence for a small business in Calgary. From designing and building the website, to strategy, I try to do it all!
