Mr. Augustin has 37 years of business experience with 9 years experience in the technology advisory marketplace as a Partner at iSG and head of the Alsbridge Outsourcing Advisory practice. At iSG he has responsibility for America's sales for iSG Automation. He led the Retail, CPG, Travel, Transportation and Hospitality vertical units. He also has 5 years of experience as CIO for professional service firms and 23 years in providing IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing services to global fortune 500 companies. He has worked with hundreds of organizations in a variety of industries and countries. Prior to joining iSG, Mr. Augustin was Managing Director a d head of the Alsbridge Outsourcing Advisory Practice, Vice President of Retail services for HCL Technologies and Vice President of HP’s Retail Industry group. From 2004 – 2006 he held the position of managing director and CIO for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) Global General Motors Business Unit. He also spent 1998 - 2004 with Ernst & Young (E&Y), where he was responsible for outsourcing operations and business development. When Capgemini acquired E&Y’s consulting and outsourcing business, Mr. Augustin was named Vice President and CIO for Capgemini North America. He began his career with EDS and during his initial 14-year EDS tenure; he led global accounts in the manufacturing and transportation industry groups. Throughout his 37-year career, Mr. Augustin has led sales, service delivery and business operations in Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Russia, China, Jamaica, Hungary and the UK.
