I am a senior level healthcare professional with extensive experience in educational, clinical and administrative leadership roles. Throughout my career I have been well respected by executive leadership, peers, subordinates and patients in the delivery of clinical practice operations; research and analysis; medical training, development and consulting. My major clinical and research interests involve the integration of general health and mental health care, particularly efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of care for high need, high cost inner city patients. As an educator and mentor, I am particularly passionate about the importance of broad biopsychosocial formulations of patient presentations. Establishing strong relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, healthcare organizations, and other medical development professionals is a core value for me. Applying strategic vision and innovative solutions in response to the many challenges and shifting priorities represented in the current healthcare environment are strengths of mine.
