Retired from Stirling Properties at 12/31/2018 in order to focus my attention on Ride of the Brotherhood’s Camp NORA, a Homeless Veterans Transition / Veterans Resource Center. Started my career as CPA with a large firm in Detroit Michigan. Transferred to the New Orleans office in 1980 and moved into the Real Estate Industry going to work for one of my clients in 1982. Have been a CFO for 20 years and moved full time into a focus on commerical development where I have been analyzing opportunities and procuring capital for those projects that warranted execution, since. Now my focus is no acquisitions and dispositions. Have thorougly enjoyed my time in the real estate industry and have found that I am more engergized than ever. Opportunities abound in our industry and our region. Specialties: Real Estate Finance, both debt and equity capital, finanical analysis and economic feasibility.
