With more than 20 years of experience in airline operations, flight training, and curriculum development, I combine deep technical expertise with a passion for developing aviation professionals who excel in safety, performance, and leadership. As a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (B.S. in Aeronautics) and Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management (Masters in Management and Leadership), I bring the unique ability to bridge operational excellence with effective education in both flight and management disciplines.Currently serving as a Flight Qualified Supervisor on the Airbus A300F fleet at UPS, I lead advanced training programs, evaluate and certify airline transport category pilots, and ensure regulatory compliance across global operations. My work is centered on optimizing safety, security, reliability, and operational efficiency while mentoring aviation professionals to reach their highest potential.I have served in leadership and training roles across Part 121, Part 135, and corporate aviation environments, covering a wide range of fleet types and operational complexities.
